Where we work

Towns We Cover in Missouri and Illinois

SafeAir Duct Care cleans air ducts and dryer vents across six counties on both sides of the river, and has done since 2002 with our own crews and no subcontractors. Find your town below, and if it is not listed call (314) 900-3828 anyway, because coverage runs on drive time rather than a fixed list and the answer is often yes.

Missouri

Jefferson County, Missouri

Jefferson County is home. Our shop sits on Old State Road in Imperial, which means these jobs carry the shortest drive and the most flexible scheduling we offer anywhere in the region. Older homes in the river towns along I-55 often have basements that stay damp all summer. An air handler sitting in a damp basement is the most common reason we find mold growth rather than plain dust.

Missouri

St. Louis County, Missouri

St. Louis County holds the most varied housing stock we work in. Inner-ring suburbs run to compact post-war houses whose original ductwork has often never been cleaned. West county brings larger homes, longer duct runs and zoned systems with more than one air handler. Run length drives the price of a clean more than square footage does.

Missouri

St. Charles County, Missouri

St. Charles County is the fastest-growing county in Missouri. It takes in roughly 5,000 new residents a year and accounts for around 40% of every new single-family housing permit issued across the St. Louis region. That creates a job type we see more of here than anywhere else: post-construction cleaning. The problem there is fine drywall dust on the evaporator coil and blower wheel, not debris in the trunk line.

Missouri

Franklin County, Missouri

Franklin County covers Washington, Union, Pacific and Gray Summit. Lots are larger and more properties run on well and septic. Drives are longer out here, so we schedule Franklin County work in blocks and tell you honestly when the next window is.

Illinois

Madison County, Illinois

Madison County sits in the Metro East, where much of the ground lies over abandoned coal workings. Madison and St. Clair are both among the 34 Illinois counties where mine subsidence insurance cover is mandatory. Ground movement pulls rigid sheet metal duct joints apart at the seams. We clean ductwork and do not do sheet metal work, so if a joint has separated you get a straight answer rather than a quote.

Illinois

St. Clair County, Illinois

St. Clair County sits on the same undermined ground as Madison County, so we check duct joints and sagging runs here alongside ordinary buildup. A separated supply run quietly dumps heated air into the basement. The return side then draws basement air and damp back through the rest of the house.
